PPF Installer
Apply paint protection film to vehicles, protecting painted surfaces from rock chips, scratches, and road debris. You'll work with precision cutting, fitting, and installation on everything from daily drivers to high-end exotics. Attention to detail and patience are essential—edges need to be seamless and the finish flawless.
Window Tint Installer
Install window tint film on automotive glass for heat rejection, UV protection, and privacy. This role requires a steady hand, clean technique, and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. You'll handle everything from standard installations to ceramic and specialty films.
Detailer
Clean, restore, and protect vehicles inside and out. This is often where careers in this industry begin. You'll learn paint decontamination, interior deep cleaning, engine bay detailing, and proper wash techniques. Strong detailers become strong technicians—this role builds the foundation.
Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction Technician
Prepare, correct, and protect vehicle surfaces to a showroom-quality standard. This role involves paint decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirls, scratches, and oxidation, and precise application of ceramic coatings to paint, wheels, glass, and interior surfaces. You'll need a keen eye for defects, patience for the process, and the satisfaction of transforming neglected paint into a flawless finish.
Vinyl Wrap Installer
Transform vehicles with full or partial vinyl wraps, color changes, and accent work. You'll measure, cut, and apply vinyl to complex curves and body lines. Creativity helps, but precision is mandatory—wraps need to look factory, not DIY.
Teardown Technician
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components to prepare for PPF, wrap, or coating installations. This includes removing door handles, mirrors, trim pieces, emblems, headlights, taillights, and other parts that need to come off for a clean, edge-to-edge finish. You'll need to be organized, methodical, and careful—every piece has to go back exactly where it came from without damage. This role is critical to the quality of the final product and a great way to learn how vehicles are built from the inside out.
